i had a really unhealthy and disordered relationship and opinion of my body, and am trying to build a healthier more respectful one now. i am in recovery from disordered eating, and trying to be body positive. i post my workout almost every day, they're really intense and i guarantee results.

Another before and during.Looking back at this picture I remember how unhappy I was in 2010, I would compare myself to every other female identifying person, and judge them and girl hate and just in general be a really shitty friend to any of my “thin” friends, not to their faces though. I was so jealous and cruel.I may not be 100% happy with my body and where I am right now, but I can honestly say that for the most part I have stopped comparing myself to my gal pals, and I have become supportive of what they want to achieve. I have become a better friend, and a better person in general. I know that it’s not about my weight loss but about my confidence, I’m proud of my achievements (fitness related, in my social life, and work related). If you’re comparing yourself to others, it might be a good idea to stop. Trust me, it hurts in the long run.
