This was a lot of fun, and really challenging for me. I have no rhythm so dancing is always painfully awkward and hilarious.  Totally a fun way to get in your cardio when injured.

Okay, I think I’m back. I still can’t do high impact workouts due to my knees but that doesn’t mean I can’t do anything. I might still post high impact workouts for my followers without injuries, sort of like a “this is the workout i would be doing today if my life didn’t suck so bad” thing. Anyways, today’s low impact workout is:

I’m sweating a whole bunch. It’s really humid here (18°C with 80% humidity) and I totally can’t handle much more than just this for the day. This workout was enjoyable and sort of challenging for me. I’m much more into straight up strength training, so it was kind of hilarious to attempt something a little more fluid.
